At Intralot, a leading betting company in Italy, I took on the role of crafting compelling digital interfaces for both print and web across various platforms. My responsibilities entailed not just design but also the strategic implementation of these interfaces, ensuring they aligned with Intralot’s brand and user needs.
With a meticulous eye for detail and strong organizational skills, I spearheaded the development of user interface (UI) designs for apps, websites and TV. My approach was always user-centred, focusing on creating interfaces that were not only aesthetically pleasing but also intuitive and accessible to all users. This was particularly challenging in the dynamic and regulated environment of online betting, where user engagement and clarity are paramount.
I played a crucial role in project management, ensuring that all designs were delivered within tight deadlines without compromising on quality. Collaborating closely with the lead web designer, I contributed significantly to producing HTML and CSS for landing pages and CRM activities. This collaboration was key to maintaining a consistent and high-quality digital presence for Intralot.
Additionally, I was responsible for coaching and mentoring junior designers in our team. My goal was to foster a collaborative environment where junior designers could develop their skills, understand the brand’s values, and contribute effectively to our projects. My mentoring helped enhance our team’s overall efficiency and creativity, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all designs.
